10/15/93 Happy Birthday Kaitlyn. I tried to get on here yesterday but i just couldn't do it. It hurt too much to see all the pictures of you and the girls. We celebrated yesterday in your honor. It was amazing! Some of your closest friends came over and we all sang you happy birthday and sent you your birthday balloons. we also had your favorite-lasagnasalad and garlic bread. It is really comforting to know how many people love you the same as we do. I miss you sister i miss your beautiful smile your laugh and mostly your kind heart. R.I.P. Kaitlyn Rachel and Mackenzie Hook.

Kaitlyn- Was a great friend and an amazing soccer player I became friends with her in 5th grade when we both had Mr. Schultz as a teacher. She always had a smile on her face and was willing to help anyone. She was a great member of her soccer team We played together for a few years and she will be missed But never forgotten!

Rachel- Was an amazing singer and also a great member of the Clark Intermediate Concert Choir. I knew that one day she could fulfill her dream of one day being on American Idol if she put her mind to it.. She had an amazing voice and would definitly get further on as she got older. We will miss you Rachel..

Mackenzie- I didn't know her that well but when i did see her She was always smiling or out riding her bike somewhere.. She loved Littlest Pet Shop and just enjoyed having fun! I will miss you..

Happy Birthday Mackenzie  / Miss F. (ASP leader )

I will never forget this beautiful little girl. Mackenzie was such a sweet young lady full of energy. I was an afterschool program teacher at Clovis. Mackenzie use to tell me jokes and make me smile. Such a great girl. I can't believe she is gone. I think about her everyday since that terrible day. I will always keep her and her family in my thoughts and prayers.

Kaitlyn was a very smart and beautiful girl. She never had her head down, she was always smiling with her big wonderful smile. If someone needed help no matter who it was or what they needed she was always right there. She was so quiet when i first met her in the 5th grade, but as i got to know her to now in high school, she was always talking and making jokes. I admire her so much, becuase she worked hard at everything no matter if it was sports, school, band, or anything else she was doing. She along with Rachel and Mackenzie were very special and i will never forget them.

I was a good friend of Rachel's. We sat at lunch together, and she was in my science class. I will never forget her beautiful smile when she walked into class, giving me a "Hey, Emily." Unforgetable / Kenzie (Best friend )
Kaitlyn, Rachael, and Mackenzie weren’t just kids. They were so much more than that; they were athletes, and scholars, and friends, and sisters, and aunts. Your girls have influenced so many lives. There is no way anyone can ever forget the incredible character and strength that they all three possessed. I have shared in so many good memories with Kaitlyn and her little sisters. They have shaped and changed my life throughout the six years that I’ve known the hook clan. I remember walking to her house after zero period every Monday and eating fruit and watching “Greek” or “Gilmore Girl” reruns. Laughing all the time because she would have a problem and I would have to find some way to solve it by cracking out some random joke or memory from elementary school. Kaitlyn was my light when I was lost in this crazy hectic world. Though we can’t bring them back, you can always feel comforted in the knowledge that they are up in heaven with God and they’ll be looking down on us all and thinking “wow they really do love us”. God works in crazy ways and it may feel like he’s punishing your family for something. He just might be trying to make you guys even closer and help you to realize that no matter how tough the situation is nothing is too difficult for God to handle. Close

Dear Brenda, I can't start to imagine your pain.  Your sister told me that peace does come and you will heal.  This will take time she says.  I want to be there for you during this time.   I haven't kept in close enough contact with you over the years.  I always knew you were there and when we would get together the time apart just gave us more to talk about.  I knew in my heart that you, Brenda you, would be there for me in seconds if I ever needed anything. That's the kind of friendship we have.  Brenda I could always count of you.  Very few friends are like that. 

I want to be that for you.   In the days and weeks to come there will be alot of healing to do.  We will do it together.  You will not be alone in this.  You will have many friends that will pick you up and carry you through this.  Pat has been a steller partner and husband.  I'm so glad you have eachother and the girls.

I am so very sorry to read of the terrible accident that caused the death of your beautiful, beloved daughters, Kaitlynn, Rachel and Mackenzie and their father…please accept my deepest condolences.
There are no words that can help ease your pain related to this tragic event in your lives, just know that we all care and understand. I pray that you find the peace and comfort in the happy memories of your beloved daughters.
For me to tell you that you will feel like you did before this tragedy would be a lie. Each of us handles our grief differently. The tragic death of your daughters will forever change your life. My only advice is to take one moment at a time, ride the waves of grief and devastation as they approach and don’t be afraid to express your feelings. No matter what they may be.
I truly understand how having a daughter die can change your life. My 11 year old daughter, Danielle Marie was killed in a terrible auto accident in Massachusetts in February of 2006. She died of a massive head injury at the scene of the accident.
Brenda, you, your beloved daughters, Kaitlynn, Rachel and Mackenzie and your family will be in my thoughts and prayers for continuous strength and comfort each day.
